What makes the resistance “two-way”? +

The user applies effort while moving the handles inward and again while moving them outward. Both phases are active; there is no intentionally passive return.

How is effort adjusted? +

Effort changes through model choice, exercise selection, position, range, pace, repetitions and how forcefully the user works. A professional can select and progress those variables independently.

Why teach control before range or speed? +

A shorter, aligned motion makes it easier to observe grip, breathing, joint position and response. Range and speed can be added after the user demonstrates a repeatable two-way path.

Can short sessions be useful? +

Brief sets can be easy to repeat and fit into a broader program. The appropriate dose depends on the person, goal, exercise and response—not on a universal time target.

How should a client progress? +

Change one variable at a time and observe the response. A progression might involve cleaner repetitions first, then more range, repetitions, pace, effort or a more demanding exercise.

What role does portability play? +

Its small size can make exercise available across clinics, homes, offices and travel. Portability may support consistency, but it does not replace screening, instruction or appropriate supervision.
