Traditional resistance workouts performed while in water depend on the inherent resistance of water to movement, which isn’t notably intense and cannot be modulated. In contrast, IsoTone provides users with substantial and automatically adjustable resistance as they participate in aquatic fitness and muscle-strengthening activities.

A distinctive benefit of utilizing IsoTone Aqua is the efficient cooling property of water, a crucial element since IsoTone activities can be highly aerobic.

Additionally, the BNL’s Table Tennis Club is exploring the use of another unit of this device for warmups in their regular lunchtime play sessions.
